Friendly and professional staff at check-in.
Our family stayed in the Suite with 2 Queen Trundle Beds, and it was completely unbearable. Throughout our stay, there was this incessant loud tapping noise that kept us awake, making it impossible for anyone to get a decent sleep. To make matters worse, I had requested a smoking room, but ended up with a non-smoking room that had no indication of that being the case anywhere in the room.

However, I noticed some details that needed attention. The bathroom shower door was a bit tricky to operate, and there were a few strands of hair on the couch, along with crumbs. Also, some tiles looked hastily taped instead of properly fixed. Overall, it seemed like the hotel had potential but lacked attention to some finer details that could elevate the experience.
